One Submission. Network-Wide Reach.

1. Consent to Process and Forward Information: I hereby give my express, informed, and voluntary consent for Green Reconstructors to collect, process, store, and forward all information, documents, and attachments submitted in this application to its network of regulated lenders and/or authorised financial services providers (the “Lenders”). I understand that Green Reconstructors acts solely as an introducing broker and does not perform any curation, filtering, feasibility review, recommendation, or credit analysis. The Lenders are solely responsible for all credit decisions, due diligence, and FICA compliance.

2. Authority to Submit: I confirm that I am the duly authorized representative of the applicant, with full legal capacity and authority to provide these documents and information and to bind the applicant to these terms. I confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that I have not included any personal FICA documents unless expressly requested by a Lender after direct contact.

3. No Liability & Indemnity: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Reconstructors, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the forwarding of this submission, any act or omission of any Lender, any failure to obtain funding, or any inaccuracy in the information submitted. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Green Reconstructors from any claims arising from my submission or breach of this consent.

4. POPIA & Privacy: I acknowledge that my personal information will be processed solely for the purpose of forwarding this submission and will be shared only with Lenders, as described in our Privacy Policy. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at www.justice.gov.za/inforeg/.

5. No Guarantee: I understand that Green Reconstructors does not guarantee any funding outcome, and all terms, rates, and criteria are set by the Lender that contacts me directly.
